Instructional Design Strategist

The role of Instructional Design Strategist plays a pivotal part in driving learning excellence at our organization. This critical position is responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of innovative instructional design strategies and methodologies that drive learner engagement and performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Curriculum Development
      • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and develop tailored curricula that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
      • Design and deliver high-impact training programs that enhance skill acquisition, retention, and application.
    • Project Management
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting deadlines, and delivering results-driven solutions.
      • Maintain accurate records and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform future improvements.
    • Evaluation and Improvement
      • Analyze data and feedback from stakeholders to assess program efficacy and identify areas for enhancement.
      • Develop and implement strategic plans to address areas of improvement, ensuring continuous growth and optimization.
  • Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Education and Experience:
      • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
      • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in designing and delivering high-quality training programs, with a focus on adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
    • Skills and Competencies:
      • Strong expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design models, and performance improvement techniques.
      • Proficiency in creating engaging digital content, including interactive lessons, simulations, and multimedia elements.
