Job Overview

The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will spearhead key initiatives across financial planning, business partnerships, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop clear and concise summaries of complex monthly and quarterly results, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Create and maintain robust financial models, conduct what-if scenario analyses, and perform risk assessments to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Support long-term financial modeling efforts, developing forecasts and scenarios to inform business decisions.
  • Apply a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Business Partnership and Strategic Support:
  • Collaborate closely with Finance leadership to shape and support financial strategies, aligning with business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop executive dashboards to support business performance reviews.

Digital Innovation and Process Optimization:
  • Promote a digital mindset within the Finance team, encouraging experimentation with emerging tools and technologies to elevate decision support.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting AI tools, machine learning-enabled forecasts, and data visualization platforms.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
