Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver to analyze data, streamline workflows, and enhance existing systems as a Data Specialist/Executive Assistant with expertise in SQL or similar database tools.
This role involves working independently, utilizing project management tools such as Asana, and possessing strong technical foundations and the ability to learn quickly.
About This Role- Data Management: Manage and optimize complex Excel-based datasets for migration to SQL or other database systems.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for operational improvement.
- Database Administration: Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and organize data for reporting and decision-making. Maintain database integrity, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing documentation, and facilitating communication.
- Process Improvement: Assist in workflow automation, enhancing business processes through database-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives.
