Key Role: Associate Account Manager

This is a key role where you will support the client services team by managing client data, handling client interactions and ensuring client deliverables meet expectations.

The job involves managing detailed tasks, including client data entry, quality assurance, reporting and performance analysis, client communication, and administrative support. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive service, clear communication, and responsiveness.
  • Supporting implementation, maintenance, and quality assurance of client programs.
  • Managing client data entry tasks with accuracy and completeness.
  • Preparing analyses, reports, and presentations to enhance client satisfaction and performance.
  • Providing administrative support to the Client Services team, including meeting preparation, project timelines, and client interactions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant client service experience preferably within healthcare.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts, perform detailed data entry, and communicate effectively across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
