Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to create world-class digital services across multiple platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to apply conceptual thinking to align user needs with business goals and technical realities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. A bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Human-factors or similar discipline is required. Additionally, proficiency in designing complex digital solutions for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms is necessary.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and evolve great customer and agent experiences. The role requires expertise in developing design strategies aligned with business goals and user insights. Experience in designing for AI-driven experiences and interfaces is an advantage.
