Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing strategy for a luxury wellness retreat project.

As a key member of the team, you will take full ownership of building the brand's presence, generating qualified leads, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing strategy and social media management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and generates leads.
  • Design and execute targeted online marketing campaigns to reach potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Create and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
  • Collaborate with the website development team to launch a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Establish a lead qualification system to filter for serious investors.
  • Provide weekly performance reports on social media and campaign metrics.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
