Compliance Specialist Role

We're seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliability within our carrier network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and verify insurance certificates from carriers
  • Enter, update, and manage carrier data in our MyCarrierPortal systems accurately
  • Review and validate carrier insurance coverage for legitimacy and compliance
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies to maintain accuracy
  • Communicate with insurance representatives via phone/email to confirm details
  • Organize and maintain digital records and compliance files effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support process improvements
Requirements:
  • High school diploma (additional certifications in data entry/administration advantageous)
  • Experience in data entry, compliance, or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and organizational skills required
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills essential
  • Knowledge of database management an advantage
