Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage the bidding process for U.S. government contracts.

This role requires a deep understanding of government procurement processes and regulations, as well as strong analytical and strategic skills to secure contracts effectively.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in growing our government contract portfolio by analyzing government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify opportunities aligned with company offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify opportunities aligned with company offerings.
  • Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Conduct cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment to develop effective bidding strategies.
  • Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to gather input and create accurate and compelling proposals.
  • Collaborate with government agencies and contracting officers to clarify requirements and strengthen business relationships.
  • Track bid status, conduct post-bid evaluations, and implement lessons learned to improve future outcomes.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes.
  • Expertise in preparing and submitting compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation.
  • Proficiency in bid management software and tools such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with federal agencies or government contract platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in securing large-scale government contracts.
