Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to manage daily cash positions, monitor and optimize liquidity levels, and develop effective cash flow forecasting models.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of cash flow management, financial instruments, and risk analysis.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing treasury strategies that align with the company's operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and manage daily cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity levels.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts, including short-term and long-term projections.
  3. Oversee intercompany funding and ensure efficient allocation of cash resources.
  4. Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth operations and negotiate optimal banking fees.
  5. Review bank account transactions, including payments and transfers, to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Prepare detailed treasury reports, including cash flow summaries, investment performance, and risk analyses.
  7. Conduct variance analyses and provide insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of treasury accounts and identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes through automation.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, along with relevant experience and certifications (e.g. CPA), is required for this position.
