Responsibilities
  1. IDentify and engage with potential clients interested in cash or personal loan products through various channels.
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
  3. Clearly explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers.
  4. Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
  5. Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and actively follow up to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  6. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
  7. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the personal loan industry.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, loans, or a target-driven sales environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with cash loans, personal loans, or other consumer lending products is a significant advantage.
