Job Overview

The Solutions Architect role involves conceptualizing and implementing comprehensive IT solution architectures that adhere to design principles. This entails ensuring the architecture meets present and future performance, security, reliability, resiliency, and extensibility needs.

The architect designs and delivers solutions spanning web portals, mobile devices, connected products, and cloud-native applications.

This position requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills. Collaboration with product owners is essential for defining and refining requirements and delivering solutions.

Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as experience in IT solution development, cloud development, and software engineering. Familiarity with AWS and Azure is highly beneficial.

Additional skills include knowledge of multiple technologies, platforms, and processing environments, as well as exposure to agile principles and development methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT solution development, cloud development, and software engineering
  • Experience with implementing and supporting enterprise systems, business solutions, and applying technology to solve business problems
  • Knowledge of Python, Java, MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, and familiarity with NoSQL Databases, Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platforms-as-a-Service, Test Driven Development, Code Quality Control, DevSecOps
  • Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
