Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a senior associate role. This position involves collaborating with top firms to redefine talent acquisition best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting audits of client financial statements under senior supervision.
  • Complete audit workpapers by documenting tests and findings.
  • Develop knowledge of current audit legislation for compliance with US regulations.
  • Utilize standard processes to complete assigned project work.
  • Identify technical issues and share suggestions with senior personnel.
  • Recommend ways to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
  • 3-7 years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on audit.
  • ERISA and Employee Benefit Plans experience required.
  • Strong understanding of generally accepted auditing standards, GAAP, and industry-specific rules.
  • Experience with paperless auditing applications preferred.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent research, organizational, computer, and analytical skills.
  • A desire to provide exceptional client service with the highest integrity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum internet speed: 50-100 Mbps.
  • Dedicated home office area: Private, quiet workspace.
  • Business continuity plan: Power and internet backup is essential.
