Executive Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a senior role in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial reporting standards and auditing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead audit teams in the execution of complex audit procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and assess risk areas within clients' businesses, defining the appropriate audit approach to ensure thorough coverage.
  • Provide authoritative advice and guidance to clients, exercising professionalism and expertise throughout engagements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client personnel, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in handling client concerns.
  • Develop and lead high-performing audit teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field, be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and have at least 6 years of experience in external audit. A minimum of 4 years of leadership experience, supervising associates and senior associates, is also required. Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards is essential for this role.
