We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in search engine optimization and experience in driving business growth through innovative strategies.
The successful SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, analyzing performance data, and providing insights to drive business decisions.
- Own strategic decisions within organic search optimization including technical SEO, on-page optimizations, and linking development
- Execute company playbooks for clients
- Ensure account execution follows company methodology
- Analyze performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Own and delegate SEO tasks within weekly sprint planning framework
- Ideate experiments for client accounts designed to produce the highest likelihood of performance improvement
- Work with design and editing partners to ensure content is using the most search-friendly creative
- Act as Quality Assurance for all conversion tracking, quickly identifying breaks that would render reporting less valuable
- Document client-specific tasks for delegation to other team members
- Attend client meetings as subject matter expert
- Audit other client accounts and prospect accounts for opportunity harvesting and strategy validation
- Contribute to iterative documentation improvements of industry team and organic search discipline
