Marketing Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Expert to support various marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing content in our marketing automation platform, managing project tasks, and assisting with other marketing-related activities.

This is a fully remote position allowing you to work from anywhere and enjoy a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and stage content in our marketing automation platform, including website pages, landing pages, emails, blogs, calls-to-action (CTAs), ads, and social media posts.
  2. Log and organize customer reviews in our platform.
  3. Assist in project management tasks such as queueing up deliverables in our project management system and ensuring deadlines and workflows are followed.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  5. Perform miscellaneous marketing-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content staging, or a related field.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  3. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
  4. Familiarity with project management tools, e.g. Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com.
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  6. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  7. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
