Job Summary

The Digital Growth Specialist role is a remote position within our Marketing team. This expert will lead paid acquisition channels, focusing on optimizing campaigns and managing budgets effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage ads purchasing across various platforms, including Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, and other paid channels
  • Independently complete tasks such as creating platform accounts, analyzing user demographics, optimizing ad content, and improving overall ROI
  • Collaborate with designers to develop ads content plans based on data analysis and user portrayals for international users
  • Communicate closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and executing digital growth strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and manage influencer networks to drive growth among target audiences
  • Establish and maintain B2B partnerships to drive online growth
  • Manage public relations to enhance brand visibility and drive growth among key demographics
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
  • Support and collaborate with various teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • In-depth understanding of ads content development, testing, and optimization
  • Proficiency in using Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, and other paid ads channels
  • 2-4 years' experience in performance marketing roles for international platforms
  • Excellent communication, writing, and people management skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment
  • A strong professional network in the target audience community is an asset
