About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled Fraud Analyst to safeguard our business from fraudulent activities while ensuring legitimate customers have a seamless experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Transaction Review and Assessment: Analyze high-risk transactions to prevent financial losses.
  • Suspicious Patterns Detection: Identify and address suspicious patterns in customer behavior to maintain trust.
  • Payout Gateway Monitoring: Continuously monitor multiple payment gateway activities to detect potential risks.
  • Risk-Mitigation Protocols Implementation: Develop and implement protocols to minimize risk exposure.
  • Sensitive Customer Interactions Handling: Manage sensitive customer interactions with discretion and professionalism.
  • Complex Situation Resolution: Resolve complex situations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement Contributions: Collaborate with the team to improve fraud prevention systems and processes.
  • Security Protocol Updates: Document and update internal security protocols to ensure compliance.
  • Gaps Identification and Recommendations: Identify gaps in current fraud prevention measures and recommend process improvements.
  • Fraud Case Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of fraud cases for future reference.
  • Adherence to Policies: Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Metric Analysis: Generate and analyze fraud prevention metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Proven track record in customer experience or similar roles, preferably with experience in fraud analysis or risk management.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify patterns.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication and Empathy: Excellent communication and empathy skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Payment Gateway Expertise: Experience with multiple payment gateway systems is highly desirable.
