Fraud Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Fraud Prevention Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for protecting the company from fraudulent activity and minimizing its cost.

The successful candidate will operate advanced Anti-Money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring controls to meet regulatory requirements and satisfy expectations of payment processing partners.

  • Identify and combat fraud/AML risk through vigilant monitoring and analysis of financial transactions.
  • Enhance due diligence on clients presenting unusual behaviors to mitigate market/financial risk.
  • Communicate effectively with clients about suspicious activities in ways that avoid alerting them to potential investigations.
  • Analyze complex financial data to detect potentially fraudulent activity.
  • Leverage advanced monitoring tools to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Investigate and identify cases of fraud or suspicious behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain procedures and ensure compliance.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an asset.
