Fraud and Transaction Monitoring Role

Protect against fraudulent activity and minimize its impact on the organization. Ensure Anti-Money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring controls meet regulatory expectations and satisfy payment processing partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate fraud monitoring and prevention tasks to identify and combat Fraud/AML Risk.
  • Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on clients with unusual behaviors to detect Market/Financial Risk.
  • Communicate suspicious, unusual, or unreconciled activities to clients in a professional manner that avoids raising suspicions.
  • Analyze financial transactions for potentially fraudulent activity.
  • Utilize monitoring tools and systems to identify unusual patterns or trends.
  • Investigate and identify potential cases of fraud or suspicious behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments.
  • Maintain procedures effectively.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in fraud prevention and investigation is an asset.
  • Willingsness to work night and weekend shifts.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms is beneficial.
