Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project resources and assign them to client engagements effectively.
  • BUILD strong relationships with internal stakeholders based on trust, cooperation, and mutual respect.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining oversight to identify risks, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Resolve conflicts between projects, clients, or other internal organizations in a satisfactory manner.

  • Ensure that bench time for consultants is utilized to improve skills in line with practice technology roadmaps.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in client relationship building and managing expectations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level individuals.
  • Extensive experience in aligning diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver projects aligned with commitments.
  • A strong sense of collaboration with leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile best practices and delivery methodologies.
