Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive strategic growth through our e-commerce affiliate programs.

  • This role will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing performance campaigns across multiple Affiliate networks and platforms.
  • You will analyze partner performance using both reporting tools and internal analytics to identify insights, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Your expertise in campaign management, data analysis, and team collaboration will help drive business outcomes and inform strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop commission structures that balance partner incentives with profitability goals.
  2. Manage product feed listability for Affiliate networks to ensure accurate data and optimal performance.
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize content for performance and align with seasonal launches.
  4. Stay ahead of industry trends in paid media, social commerce, and e-commerce ad tech.
  5. Monitor, report on, and analyze performance using platform tools and dashboards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in e-commerce or DTC environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, campaign reporting tools, and performance analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Collaborative and communicative team player with strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
