Job OverviewAffiliate Coordination (Ecommerce/Social Commerce-Focused)Source, invite, and onboard creators for affiliate content programs on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.

Disseminate briefs and brand guidelines to creators and ensure full alignment with campaign expectations. Coordinate timelines, approvals, and follow-ups via WhatsApp or group chats to drive timely posting. Track creator status and maintain performance sheets to support reporting and billing.

Flag potential creators for product sampling or targeted campaigns based on follower tier or niche relevance. Creative Account ManagementServe as the main point of contact for client stakeholders across assigned brands. Translate client briefs into clear creative direction for designers, copywriters, and production teams.

Manage timelines, WIPs, and internal resource coordination to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Review creative outputs to ensure they align with the brand guidelines, brief, and platform best practices. Maintain clear documentation of feedback loops, approvals, and version control across campaigns.

Raise potential risks or blockers early and propose solutions to keep projects moving. Experience NeededA successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team member with the following profile:1–3 years experience in account management, ideally in a creative or eCommerce setting. Strong understanding of content production workflows and digital campaign execution.

Experience in managing influencers, affiliates, or creators is a plus. Excellent communication, project management, and multi-tasking skills. Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
