About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a key role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing accurate takeoffs and costing for projects involving electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans.


Key Responsibilities
  • Use software such as Planswift or Bluebeam to perform takeoffs and cost estimates.
  • Review and interpret architectural and electrical drawings, including reflected ceiling plans.
  • Identify and quantify lighting fixtures and controls from project documents.
  • Create detailed and accurate reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Work closely with the project team to verify and refine estimates.

Requirements
  • Must have proficiency with Planswift or Bluebeam.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • A background in architectural and electrical projects is necessary.
  • Experience in electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans is essential.
  • Familiarity with lighting fixtures and controls for takeoffs is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Prior experience in costing/estimating is a plus.
