Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the best budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel.
  • Analyze Marketing Mix Models to propose recommendations for optimizing marketing programs.
  • Research prospective clients, industries, verticals, competitors, and ideal customer profiles.
  • Diagnose growth constraints by reviewing business and marketing KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience.
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index (a plus).
  • Experience managing or working with large sets of campaign data ($100k+ spend per month per client).
  • Competence in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or similar self-serve platforms.
  • Familiarity with statistical models like Marketing/Media Mix Models, Causal Impact Analyses, and Regression Analyses (a plus).
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and the digital marketing landscape.
