Marketing Strategist Job

The position of Marketing Strategist at Dashboard Insights involves leading and scaling the company's marketing function, driving brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement to accelerate business growth across Australia and global markets.

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to growth, retention, and revenue objectives, incorporating insights from market research and competitor analysis.
  • Mentor and lead a small, agile team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Promote thought leadership through effective messaging and branding that differentiates Dashboard Insights in the SaaS market, aligning closely with business development and product teams.
  • Implement data-driven demand generation strategies, leveraging SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing to drive pipeline growth and conversion.
  • Prioritize customer advocacy by developing case studies, communities, and advocacy programs showcasing client success stories, leveraging testimonials and reviews to enhance credibility.
  • Drive agility through ad-hoc marketing initiatives supporting evolving business priorities, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals and objectives.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Marketing Strategist at Dashboard Insights, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B marketing, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role, demonstrating a proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high-impact teams, coupled with a strategic yet hands-on approach to executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, simplifying complex SaaS products into compelling narratives for various audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related technologies.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and adaptability, navigating ambiguity and uncertainty with ease.
