Marketing Specialist Role Overview

This role involves managing and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, understanding of marketing funnels, and expertise in Google Ads, Facebook, and other self-serve platforms.

The successful candidate will be able to analyze large sets of campaigns and clients, develop impactful marketing strategies, and collaborate with channel specialists to ensure alignment with the overarching plan.

  • Appraisal Production (10+/mo)
  • Win Rate (50%+)
  • Percent of Appraised GP to Won GP (70%+)
Responsibilities
  1. Audit current and prospective clients' marketing programs and craft integrated marketing plans across channels, emphasizing social media and Google Ads.
  2. Collaborate with channel specialists to develop and apply impactful marketing strategies.
  3. Determine budget allocations by channel, medium, objective, and funnel stage.
  4. Coordinate with channel teams to ensure alignment with the overarching plan.
  5. Research and analysis of prospective clients, industries, competitors, ideal customer profiles, and sentiment.
  6. Forecasting and pressure-testing projections to align with budgets and business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
  • Experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients (e.g., $100k+ spend per month per client)
  • Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms
  • Familiarity with the broader marketing and media buying landscape
  • Familiarity with earned media channels
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index
  • Familiarity with Asana and Slack
