Job Description
  1. Supervises floor operations to ensure maximum productivity and meet sales targets.
  2. Assists the Sales Director in creating high-performing Business Development Specialists (BDS).
  3. Collaborates with the Sales Director on sales strategies, programs, rewards, and periodic meetings.
  4. Recruits new BDS by conducting interviews and hiring individuals who align with the sales team's best interests.
  5. Monitors sales calls to identify areas for improvement and recommends training programs.
  6. Coaches, mentors, evaluates, and provides feedback to ensure exceptional sales performance.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Must have Sales Team Leader experience or supervisory role for at least 1 year.
  2. Must have experience as a BDS, sales rep, or similar role.
  3. Must have excellent knowledge of MS-Office software applications.
  4. Must have vast knowledge of products and services, internal tools, and reporting tools.
  5. Must have strong leadership, mentorship, business acumen, conflict resolution skills.
