
Home-Based Claims Representative

Our organization is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product issues, including incorrect or missing imprints, damaged products, late shipments, pricing discrepancies, or billing concerns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams such as Production, Art, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Support to gather relevant information, identify the root cause, and determine the best course of action.
Customer Communication:
- Communicate with customers professionally and empathetically throughout the resolution process. Provide updates, explain findings, and present options for resolution.
Resolution Implementation:
- Coordinate and execute claims resolutions, including product reprints, credits, refunds, replacements, or discounts, in alignment with company policies and authorization levels.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims, outcomes, communications, and resolution actions within our systems. Assist in preparing trend reports and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Quality Feedback Loop:
- Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the Claims Manager to drive improvements in product quality, vendor accountability, and fulfillment accuracy.
