Job Description
  • Engage in outbound calls to gather insights, drive lead generation, promote events, and facilitate sales.
  • Respond to inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries or close sales opportunities.
  • Update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate data entries.
  • Manage emails effectively.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Drive to create comprehensive reports.
  • Meet established service level agreements.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Key Qualifications
  • Exemplary English communication skills.
  • Typing speed: minimum 40 words per minute.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-focused and adaptable to diverse personalities.
  • Intelligent and capable of learning quickly.

Essential Equipment
  • Hardware: Laptop/Desktop with Intel i3 (7th gen or higher) / AMD Ryzen 3 (or higher) and 8 GB RAM.
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or higher (MacOS equivalent allowed).
  • Headset: A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) or Jabra USB type headset with noise-cancelling feature.
  • Internet connection: Wired, minimum 30 Mbps.
  • Software: Microsoft Office, PDF reader, AnyDesk, Gdrive, Discord.
