Overview of E-Commerce Coordinator Role:

The E-Commerce Coordinator will support the daily operations of our online sales channels. The role involves ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management across major online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain e-commerce accounts up to date.
  • Support data analysis by pulling information, generating spreadsheets, and performing calculations to track performance.
  • Upload new products accurately and in a timely manner to various e-commerce platforms.
  • Regularly review top-selling items, adjusting images, videos, and variations as needed.
  • Manage pricing and promotional activities within internal systems and customer systems.
  • Coordinate product listing updates and price adjustments with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with key online marketplace platforms and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Analyze e-commerce metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in product listings, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an E-Commerce Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analytics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience using Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with product image optimization and video content.
  • Inventory management and sales analysis skills.
