Job Overview
The E-commerce Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining the success of our e-commerce platform.
This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to ensure product listings are accurate, inventory is up-to-date, and customer reviews are promptly addressed.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize product descriptions across all Shopify listings for clarity and conversion.
- Conduct regular website reviews to identify errors or outdated information.
- Monitor and manage product inventory levels to prevent stock issues.
- Respond to customer reviews on Shopify to maintain brand trust and engagement.
- Update visual content as needed, including website banners, landing pages, and product photos.
- Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
- At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or Shopify-related role.
- Proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce tools.
- Highly organized and self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
