Key Responsibilities
  • Refine customer data to align with strategic business objectives.
  • Analyze historical databases to validate past inquiries.
  • Research customer profiles and public data to identify high-potential leads.
  • Align prospects with current offerings and re-engage existing customers.

Deliverables:

  • Maintain accurate and complete customer data through regular cleansing and updating.
  • Categorize leads based on potential and prioritize high-impact prospects.
  • Develop detailed reports on database health, lead potential, and actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver well-researched leads.
  • Act as a point of contact for data insights and assist teams in tailoring their outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in CRM systems or data analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, CRM management, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated success in creating segmentation strategies and leading re-engagement campaigns.
