Research Analyst (Lead Generation) Cebu-Onsite

The Research Analyst is responsible for researching, verifying, and compiling accurate contact information of prospective clients using DA trackers, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other online databases. This role supports the sales team's growth objectives by delivering high-quality, up-to-date lead lists and maintaining an organized CRM system.

Responsibilities
  • Research and capture key decision-maker details, ensuring multiple contacts are identified when necessary.
  • Utilize DA trackers, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other databases to source potential clients.
  • Collect and verify contact details such as emails, phone numbers, and company information.
  • Maintain and update all contacts and lead lists in HubSpot on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Work independently to meet weekly lead generation targets (30+ leads per week).
  • Build and maintain an updated prospect database proactively.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, status updates, and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Experience in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and online databases for lead generation.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for prospecting.
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear feedback and updates.
