Financial Operations Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in the company's financial success.

  • Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile accounts, identifying discrepancies promptly and resolving them efficiently.
  • Assist with closing activities related to AP and AR.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and payment schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to resolve payment or invoicing issues.
  • Support Australian campaigns by providing financial assistance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in Financial Operations roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience in supporting Australian campaigns is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and generate meaningful reports.
