Job Title:

Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding results for our accounts by configuring and optimizing campaigns across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure campaigns on the platform, including setting up budgets, targets, creatives, and run dates.
  • Validate budgets against allocated resources.
  • Install and configure pixels to track events and create remarketing audiences.
  • Partner with the client integrations team to guide proper event configuration.
  • Ensure campaigns are properly configured to deliver against campaign goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or commensurate experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles.
  • 2 or more years of experience in Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of digital advertising platforms and technology (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Knowledge and use of collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.
