We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coach to join our team at Responsible Internet Sustainability Effort Inc. | RISE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for empowering our sales team to achieve peak performance by providing expert coaching, developing effective training programs, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to individual account managers, regularly assessing sales representative performance, utilizing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, working closely with sales leadership to align training initiatives with overall sales objectives, continuously monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales, creating a positive and supportive sales culture, organizing and leading sales meetings, workshops, and team activities, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of training programs, and offering ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives.

We require at least 3 years experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Manager, Senior Account Manager or equivalent, a proven track record in sales, strong coaching and mentoring skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, experience with sales CRM systems and learning management systems, and a passion for sales and a desire to help others succeed.

Benefits include full HMO after 6 months, 1 dependent after 1 year, 80% of a 2nd dependent after another year, and regularization review at 3 and 6 months.
