**About the Role**

This is a challenging position as a DevOps Engineer, where you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of our SaaS environment. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in cloud service providers and container orchestration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to our services.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including configuration, automation, and monitoring, to facilitate fast and reliable software releases.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes, and scale them efficiently.
  • Manage cloud resources on Azure, optimizing cost, security, and performance.
  • Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system availability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
  • Automate repetitive tasks by writing scripts and developing automation tools.

**Candidate Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in major cloud service provider operations is required.
  • Proven experience working in a SaaS organization with experience maintaining, scaling, and operating consumer multi-tenant offerings is necessary.
  • Experience with containers and container orchestration systems is essential.
