Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to manage and maintain our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking protocols, technologies, and best practices.

The successful candidate will design and implement efficient network solutions to meet business needs, develop and maintain robust automation tools, and lead network-related projects to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption.

About the Role:

This is a highly skilled position that requires extensive experience in network infrastructure management and maintenance. The right candidate will be able to provide exceptional support, drive process improvements through automation, and contribute to the development of internal standards and security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, support, and maintain network infrastructure such as Cisco devices, Palo Alto firewalls, Netscaler, Infoblox, and Aruba devices.
  • Provide tiered support for network-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis for complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline network operations, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.
  • Participate in and lead network-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments, ensuring zero to minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure all network solutions adhere to internal standards, security policies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure management and maintenance.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
