Job Title:Senior Backend Development LeaderAbout the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Development Leader to lead our software development initiatives. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong understanding of modern back-end technologies and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end development process, utilizing modern back-end technologies like Node, Java, Python, GO, and Ruby on Rails.
  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in server-side application development using JavaScript and Node.JS.
  • Leverage experience with Microservices and APIs to design and implement robust and scalable cloud-based solutions, primarily on AWS.
  • Utilize expertise in database management to work with MySQL or MongoDB databases.
  • Develop server-side applications and services using Node.JS to enable efficient data processing and system integration.
  • Champion the adoption of test-driven development methodologies, ensuring high code quality and reducing bugs throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in full-stack development using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in server-side application development using JavaScript and Node.JS.
Work Environment & Expectations:
  • Full-time, remote position with a fixed schedule (not freelance or flexible hours).
  • Active participation in team and client calls.
  • Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift.
