We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Specialist to provide expert-level support for our cloud-based platform, primarily hosted on AWS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and operation of our solutions across enterprise environments.

Your primary focus will be on managing and supporting large-scale deployments, collaborating with the consulting team to ensure a seamless handover from implementation to support, and analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving product issues efficiently.

Additionally, you will review and validate HTML/XML templates based on client needs, meet with clients to resolve technical issues, and propose interim solutions when needed. You will also support and optimize internal IT systems and AWS environments, participate in weekly meetings with R&D to evaluate product updates and bug fixes, and conduct regression and functionality testing on new software builds.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, proficiency in AWS services, CLI, and management tools, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills in web environments. You should have previous experience in technical or software support, ideally in a SaaS or cloud-based environment, and complete fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for our cloud-based platform
  • Manage and support large-scale deployments
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure a seamless handover from implementation to support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in technical or software support, ideally in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
  • Proficiency in AWS services, CLI, and management tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in web environments (HTML, XML, browser dev tools)
  • Complete fluency in English
  • High sense of ownership and urgency in managing client issues
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with software QA, testing methodologies, and version control tool
