Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Influencer Collaboration Manager to play a pivotal role in building and managing relationships with influencers and user-generated content (UGC) creators.

Main Responsibilities
  • Influencer Search: Identify and recruit influencers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values and aesthetics.
  • Content Partnership: Collaborate with influencers to produce high-quality, on-brand content showcasing products and benefits.
  • Partnership Management: Manage collaborations, gifting, and commissions through a seamless Shopify integration.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor and reply to Instagram comments, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze key metrics such as engagement and reach to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in influencer outreach and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Shopify processes, including collaborations, shipments, gifting, and commissions.
  • Knowledge of partnerships via platforms like Impact.com is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Prioritization of skincare, beauty, and digital trends.
