Influencer Marketing Specialist

Join us in our mission to elevate consciousness and support holistic well-being by building relationships with trend-savvy, brand-aligned creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. As the Influencer Coordinator, you'll be responsible for launching campaigns that drive real business results.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Research and identify high-performing influencers who align with our values and target audience.
  • Manage influencer partnerships from outreach to onboarding, brief creation, content coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Negotiate deliverables and rates with creators while ensuring campaigns stay within budget.
  • Track campaign performance, audience engagement, and content quality to continually optimize efforts.
  • Maintain and grow a database of high-performing influencers and audience insights.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, design, and sales teams to support product launches and brand initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns at once.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, engagement metrics, and content trends.
