JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists the Quality Assurance and Control Head in developing new quality regulations and protocols

  • Conducts plant and employee inspection prior to operation

  • With knowledge and experience and HACCP practice

  • Implements and adheres to GMP and standard operating procedure (SOP) in the production area

  • Conducts regular plant GMP assessments and prepares reports and recommendations

  • Handles and cascade Incident Report related to the production

  • Other duties that may be assigned
