Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues related to team projects and activities.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT business analysis with knowledge or background in project management.
  • Experience in formal/informal leadership, both from project teams or direct reports primarily business analysts.
  • Ability to liaise with various people, presenting and collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, leadership teams, and technical teams.
  • Handled or led projects related to business processes, process improvement, compliance, or similar.
  • Familiarity with business analysis and project management tools such as Scrum, Agile, Jira, Kanban, or similar.
  • Cross-cultural exposure is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, partnering with counterparts in the business.
