About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service/E-Commerce Training Specialist to join our team at Wear The Shield. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical, procedural, and soft-skills training materials for our employees.

This is a full-time, remote role offering long-term growth within an established organization. While call center training experience is desired, it is not required.

What You'll Do:
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for newly hired agents.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Lead interactive Zoom training sessions focusing on Customer Service best practices.
  • Collaborate with our team to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and develop comprehensive training curricula.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Training.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in the Customer Service Industry.
  • 1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce tools/software such as Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, Freshdesk, etc.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in eCommerce.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Monday.com, and other CRM tools.
  • Experience with Canva, Trainual App, and Loom (desired but not required).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding coaching, planning, and organizing abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
Technical Requirements:
  • A personal PC or laptop with an Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
  • A DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection.
  • A LAN connection with a minimum speed of 20 mbps.
