Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team.

  • Becoming an expert in all areas of the product and staying up-to-date on new features and releases is key.
  • Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution is essential.
  • Collecting customer feedback and influencing the direction of the product is crucial.
  • Identifying issues and engaging with the development team to escalate bugs, solve problems, or obtain missing information is vital.
  • Developing and improving processes to scale support with the growing business is a top priority.
  • Creating and maintaining both internal and customer-facing documentation such as knowledge base articles is necessary.
  • Working closely with Account Managers, Retention and Implementation, Marketing teams is important.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer support role, proficiency in various computer software systems, strong communication skills, and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. If you have a high attention to detail, don't shy away from feedback, and thrive off working in a team, we want to hear from you.
