Role Description:

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include managing and executing email marketing campaigns, maintaining and updating reservation platform profiles, supporting CRM data management and segmentation, and monitoring and maintaining the company's online reputation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in tactical marketing execution, a creative and strategic mindset, and strong organizational project coordination and communication skills.

In addition, the successful candidate will be able to adapt marketing voice and messaging to diverse brand identities and customer bases, have excellent English communication skills, and be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in multi-location hospitality or restaurant or hotel brands
  • Ability to adapt marketing voice and messaging
  • Strong tactical marketing execution skills
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, reservation systems, CRM platforms, and online reputation management tools
  • Comfortable proposing and leveraging A.I. tools for marketing and operations
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and information-processing skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
