Program Management Role

About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to lead operational excellence in product sampling and operational programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion, delivering high-quality results on time.


Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution: Participate in campaign kickoff meetings, develop project plans, manage deliverables, track progress, and resolve concerns.
  • New Business Support and Special Projects: Provide business data for proposal development, assist with special projects, set up campaigns in HubSpot, and support senior management with administrative tasks.

Competencies and Qualifications:
  • Must-Have:
    • 3–5+ years of experience in program or project management.
    • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Basecamp).
    • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage complex timelines.
    • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities—can proactively anticipate issues and solve them independently.
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Background in promotions or event marketing (supplier sourcing, vendor management, or negotiation).
    • Prior experience working with marketing or advertising agencies.
