Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services to meet the needs of our business.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify procurement opportunities, develop and implement strategic procurement plans, and manage supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in procurement, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean up data related to items, including descriptions, item numbers, UPCs, and costing.
  • Manage landed cost templates and tax codes.
  • Clean up BOM (bill of materials), vendor, and wholesale customer records.
  • Create and maintain new items, BOMs, and purchase orders in the system.
  • Track and monitor purchase orders and coordinate with internal and external logistics partners.
  • Execute RTVs (return to vendors) and gift orders, and update weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of procurement experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience with major ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
  • Intermediate Excel experience and comfort working with large amounts of data.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the beauty or apparel industry is preferred but not required.
  • NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.
  • A passion for data accuracy and a collaborative personality.
