Recruiter (Dayshift PHT) Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team on a day shift schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various hiring activities, from preparing job postings to conducting initial interviews.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Hiring Coordination: Collaborate with the HR Department to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Communication: Respond to recruitment-related emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Job Posting Management: Prepare and post job advertisements across multiple online platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews.
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
  • Background Checks: Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating onboarding tasks.
  • Record Keeping: Handle and organize all recruitment records and paperwork.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Efficient Hiring Pipeline: Manage the recruitment pipeline to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field is required.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role is preferred.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to high demand for recruitment requests.
